Why
Secretary Pieczenik Testimony on Wolfowitz General and the 911 False
Flag is Key

In early 2011, former
Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under three
different administrations Steve R. Pieczenik
said in a radio interview that he is prepared to tell a federal grand
jury the name of a top
general who told him directly that 9/11 was a false flag attack (inside
job.) Pieczenik served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under
Nixon, Ford and Carter, while also working under Reagan and Bush
senior. Pieczenik is so far the closest the 911 Truth Movement has come
to the kind of insider who gets his "hands dirty" in covert ops
offering to drive a wedge into other high-level
insiders' wall of silence.
With low and mid-level
witnesses like
Barry Jennings
winding up dead, Pieczenik has said in a radio interview that he has
implanted an insurance policy of sorts, whereby upon his mysterious
death other damning information about government officials would be
publicized which "would not be to their benefit." Piezcenik has
admitted to a role, as a Special Envoy sent by President Jimmy Carter
in the
Aldo Moro kidnapping and negotiations,
to participating in the sacrifice of Aldo Moro, the Italian prime
minister kidnapped by the Red Brigades, in order to minimize political
damage to the American and European governments.
Pieczenik said in
a radio interview:
"It
was called a stand-down and false flag operation in order to mobilize
the American public under the false pretense that we had been attacked
by Al Qaeda and bin Laden which is an absolute unmitigated lie. I was
even told by a general on the staff of Wolfowitz, I will go in front of
a federal committee and swear on perjury who that name was so we can
break this open...the great war and the great lie that was created for
us to make sure we had some kind of commitment to a war that was not
necessary in which so much blood and guts were shed for unnecessary
reasons."
Paul Wolfowitz was one of the
cabal in the Bush administration who openly expressed the need for "a
new Pearl Harbor," as a member of
Project for a New American Century (PNAC.) PNAC's
agenda included the overthrow of Saddam by force. A military general on
Wolfowitz's staff would be
perfectly placed
to know the inner details of the 911 false flag.
Wolfowitz was Deputy Secretary of Defense and had access to all the
secret programs and operations in the Pentagon, in a position to help
stand-down and
confuse the air defenses, and have access to the
budgets which could finance an enormous operation.
German Intelligence Official and Secretary of state in the
Defense Ministry, Andreas Von Bulow, said:
"Planning
the attacks was a master deed, in technical and organizational terms.
To hijack four big airliners within a few minutes and fly them into
targets within a single hour and doing so on complicated flight routes!
That is unthinkable, without backing from the secret apparatuses of
state and industry."
The subject of possible budgeting for 911 inevitably should cast our
eye on Pentagon Comptroller Dov Zakheim's access to the
$2.3
trillion which was announced lost
on the day before 911, Sept. 10, 2011. It is interesting to note that
although the easiest and most direct approach to the Pentagon would
have been from the Potomac River side, which presented an open and
unobstructed target, Flight 77 (or whatever it was)
circled around to the inland side
of the Pentagon which was the least populated because of the
reconstruction, performing a difficult, high-speed aerial maneuver and
flying over the White House, bypassing an opportunity to crash into it.
This was the least populated part of the Pentagon due to ongoing
reconstruction, but it did house a group of
largely civilian accountants, bookkeepers and budget
analysts.
The Pittsburg Post-Gazette reported:
"One
Army office in the Pentagon lost 34 of its 65 employees in the attack.
Most of those killed in the office, called Resource Services
Washington, were civilian accountants, bookkeepers and budget analysts.
They were at their desks when American Airlines Flight 77 struck."
The only reason there is any need to speculate as to what hit the
Pentagon, or for that matter, how the towers fell, is because the
stamped-parts forensic evidence has been destroyed, just as 95% of the
tower steel was destroyed. In addition, extensive video from the most
heavily-surveillanced building in the world was destroyed or is being
kept secret except for one short clip which is unclear.
Dov Zakheim, until his appointment to the Pentagon office, was CEO of
Systems Planning Corporation (SPC) which invented the technology which
enabled ground controllers to seize the controls of hijacked commercial
aircraft from the ground. Zakheim, like Wolfowitz, was a member of
Project for a New American Century
.

"From 1987-2001, Zakheim was CEO of SPC International, a
subsidiary of
System Planning Corporation,
a high-technology analytical firm...He was then appointed to be
Undersecretary of Defense and Comptroller from 2001 to 2004 under the
George W. Bush administration, and served in this
capacity until April 2004.

The words "remote control and flight termination of airborne test
systems" refer to the systems' ability to seize hijacked aircraft from
the ground.
In another unusual coincidence, a subsidiary of Zakheim's SPC, Tridata
Corporation, conducted
the official investigation into the 1993 World Trade Center bombing,
which would have given the company access to the blueprints and
security lay-out of the towers, and intimate knowledge of the towers'
construction. Zakheim is considered by some 911 researchers to be the
possible mastermind behind 911.

SPC's intimate knowledge of the towers along with
Bush brother Marvin Bush's company Securacom's holding
of
the security contract for the World Trade Center opens another line of
questioning. There is no longer any doubt that associates of PNAC and
people close to them (Jeb Bush was also a member) had sufficient
knowledge of and access to the World Trade Center to allow entry by any
number of workmen, unchallenged, at any time night or day. It should
also be noted that lower Manhattan is vibrant and bustling around the
clock, with trucks, deliveries, and work crews coming and going at all
hours, so that any spike in activity would hardly be noticed.
Remote
control of aircraft of all sizes is old technology, unless one counts
as "tin foil" the Predator drone aircraft which patrol the skies of
Afghanistan hundreds of times each day. One of the largest is the
Global Hawk pictured below.
The government lied about having technology to seize control of
aircraft from the ground soon after 911. The following entry is from HistoryCommons.org:
But President
Bush gave a speech after 9/11 in which he said the government would
give grants to research “new technology, probably far in the future,
allowing air traffic controllers to land distressed planes by remote
control.” [
New York Times, 9/28/2001]
Zakheim, along with Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld,
Paul Wolfowitz, Douglas Feith, Elliot Abrams and others at Project for a New American Century wrote a letter urging Bill Clinton to use the US military
to help Iraqi opposition groups overthrow Saddam in the 90s, in direct
contravention of US law. Defense
Intelligence Agency official Patrick Lang observed: “The letter was
remarkable in that it adopted some of the very formulations that would
later be used by Vice President [Dick] Cheney and other current
administration officials to justify the preventive war in Iraq that
commenced on March 20, 2003”
In addition, in 1996 an important policy paper was written for
Israeli
Prime Minister Netanyahu entitled "A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm"
which outlined the same goal:
"Israel
can shape its strategic environment, in cooperation with Turkey and
Jordan, by weakening, containing, and even rolling back Syria. This
effort can focus on removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq an
important Israeli strategic objective in its own right as a means
of foiling Syria's regional ambitions."
Who were the
authors of this paper? The people
who later became George Bush's foreign policy team, and members of
Project for a New American Century, PNAC, including Richard Perle and
Douglas Feith.
In 2000 PNAC released a paper entitled "Rebuilding America's Defenses,"
despite the absence of any superpower enemy since the end of the Cold
War and the maintenance of the Pentagon budget at Cold War levels. The
paper called itself a “blueprint for maintaining global US
preeminence."
PNAC wrote:
“The
United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in
Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq
provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial
American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime
of Saddam Hussein.”
In "Rebuilding America's Defenses" PNAC also said:
"Further,
the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change,
is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing
event, like a new Pearl Harbor" - Project for a New American Century, Sept. 2000
It is intriguing to note that there is
a
military version of the Boeing 767, used as a tanker,
and
that
the
Pentagon
has
shipped
the
civilian
version
of the aircraft
to MacDill AFB in FLA for refitting as tankers. In 2003 Dov Zakheim
sent
thirty-two 767s to MacDill, which is also close to Elgin AFB, where SPC
does a large amount of business. This becomes even more intriguing when
we remember that numerous witnesses to the tower impacts reported that
the planes had American Airlines markings and logos
but had "no
windows."

model hijacked on 911.)
Complex Flight Paths
Complex flight paths: flight 77 went
out as far as
Ohio before looping back toward the Pentagon:
At one point the two WTC planes crossed so close over Stewart AFB they almost collided.
From USA Today:
The
two hijacked jets that demolished the World Trade Center nearly crashed
into each other while heading to their target, according to a Federal
Aviation Administration employee at a regional control center. “The two
aircraft got too close to each other down by Stewart International
Airport in New Windsor, N.Y., about 55 miles north of New York City,
the employee told The Telegraph of Nashua. -USA Today: FAA Employee: Hijacked jets almost collided
This near mid-air collision of of two hijacked
planes flying otherwise
very different flight paths is utterly remarkable.
Other
researchers have shown that most of the flight paths of the allegedly
hijacked airliners somewhat uncannily overlaid the
airspace of major military installations, shown
below.
War Games
It is well known that at least 5 different
war games
were in progress on the morning of 911 which involved the NORAD air
defenses, which would have caused confusion among commanders wondering
if the attacks were part of the exercise or the real thing. They were:
Vigilant Guardian, Vigilant Warrior, Northern Guardian, Northern
Vigilance, and a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) "plane into
building."
The last one, the NRO,
was an excuse to send the nearly 3,000 people watching the nation's
skies by satellite home. For that reason all the satellite imagery of
the DC airspace got lost during that time.
Could Al Qaeda schedule these war games, which confused the air
defenses? Here are examples of the confusion which occurred:

Lieutenant Colonel Dawne Deskins, mission crew chief for the Vigilant
Guardian exercise currently taking place (see (6:30 a.m.) September 11,
2001), will later say that initially she and everybody else at NEADS
think the call from Boston Center is part of Vigilant Guardian.
[Newhouse News Service, 1/25/2002] Although most of the personnel on
the NEADS operations floor have no idea what the day’s exercise is
supposed to entail, most previous major NORAD exercises included a

Wiring the Towers
Very important to remember this is all
speculation of
what plausibly, with available technology, might have happened. A
speculation of how the towers might have been wired for demolition is

Controlled Demolition of the Twin Towers Using Aluminothermic
Incendiaries and Explosives with Wireless Ignition Means"
Thermite,
which
can be rolled on like paint, is used to melt
through many key points in the structures, as well as conventional
explosives, which were heard going off throughout the morning. Then a
final demolition sequence. One of the best testimonies is that of
firefighter John Schroeder who was in the North Tower. Remember, Marvin
Bush, George's brother, was on the board of Securacom,
which held the security contract for the towers. Work crews could have
had the run of the building, and the WTC is like a small city in itself
with crews coming and going around the clock.
It was pre-arranged that almost all of the steel and
debris from the WTC would be
shipped out to China
immediately to be melted, so that no one could do a thorough
examination and find out for sure they had been demolished. With a
large and continuous disinformation operation, smoke could be blown
around the issues of thermite residue, molten
steel, even WTC 7. But hard steel evidence of cutter charges was
different. This was Mayor Rudy Giuliani's job. We don't know if he went
along
willingly or was given an "or else" offer you can't refuse. He nearly
became president, which may have been the pay-off, until a group of
NYC
firefighters shadowed him during his campaign and pointed out his
cowardice on 911.
Also there is no remaining evidence of debris from the Pentagon or
Shanksville, PA. The consistent destruction of evidence from every
scene on that day points overwhelmingly to wrongdoing.
Seizing Control of the Planes
Persons knowledgeable in commercial aircraft electronics and systems
have ventured possible scenarios for the day of the hijackings (by
ground controllers, not Arabs. ) Attack Scenario 404 is such a
theory.
although the attack employed a variety of sophisticated
communications and weapons technologies,
all of these technologies were available "off-the-shelf",
having been developed by secret programs for other purposes.
This scenario shows that,
through their positions of access in the military command structure,
a small group of people would have been able to obtained
the technologies to carry out the attack.
While the attack is engineered by a small core of people,
large numbers facilitate the attack and cover-up,
for the most part unknowingly,
by simply doing what they normally do in their positions:
promote and protect their agencies.
The public at large participates in the cover-up by
failing to question and believing the relatively comforting myth of bin Laden.
Scenario 404 (as in "page not found") speculates:

The use of AAL Flight 11 and UAL Flight 175 to attack the Twin Towers, and of AAL Flight 77 to attack the Pentagon requires the
execution of two main tasks in each case:
- Rendering
unconscious the flight crew and passengers, preventing any
communications from them about events in the cabin.
- Taking over the
flight computers, allowing the planes to be auto-piloted to their
targets.
Task 1 is achieved with
aerosol bombs of decapacitating gas hidden in luggage. The gas is
fentanyl, the extremely potent opiate used by Russian forces to end the
hostage crisis in the theater in Chechnya. The bombs detonate when the
barometric trigger senses a cabin pressure corresponding to an altitude
of 28,000 feet. The fentanyl gas diffuses throughout the cabin and is
absorbed so rapidly by the victims that they cannot even pick up a cell
phone or handset to initiate a call.
Task 2 is
accomplished with an autopilot program in an upgrade package, disguised
as a high-altitude stall-recovery program. The instrument-triggered
program is started by the flight computer when the plane passes through
30,000 feet and proceeds to fly the aircraft into its target with
down-to-the-meter accuracy.
Pairs
of operatives at Logan and Dulles airports posing as passengers check
the bomb-concealing luggage onto the targeted flights.
Technicians
in a control center in Building 7 track the three jetliners and can
communicate with the autopilot program through a data port. If
necessary they can modify the programmed course of the aircraft.
On
Flights 11, 175, and 77, a nearly identical sequence of events
transpires. First the decapacitating gas is dispersed, knocking out
everyone on board. Then, after about 5 minutes, as the plane continues
to climb, the Trojan horse program is activated and it proceeds to turn
the transponder off and begin maneuvering the plane toward its final
target.
As
Flight 77 swoops toward the Pentagon after a spectacular spiral dive,
the program switches its transponder on, this time with a code
identifying itself as a friendly F-16. Flying within 500 feet of the
ground for the last mile of its approach, and at a speed of over 500
mph (three times as fast as jetliners normally fly so close to the
ground) makes it appear to be a much smaller plane from a distance,
with nearby witnesses being impressed by its size and sudden presence.
Its friendly transponder allows it to avoid triggering the missile
batteries on the lawn's perimeter. However, a specially-programmed
surface-to air system, located less than 100 feet from the Pentagon's
facade, fires a missile at the Flight 77 just as its nose begins to
impact the facade. The explosion of the warhead shatters the plane's
tail section, preventing the rudder from leaving an imprint on the
facade. The speed of the crash prevents the explosions from greatly
altering the trajectory of the plane's contents, which enter the
building, mostly reduced to small pieces. |
Cell Phone Calls at 30,000 Feet

Ventura's presentation is showy, his experts are the real thing.

False Flag Successful and War
America is
traumatized, and we are on our way to Iraq, home to some of the world's
largest oil reserves. In case anyone in the media thinks of asking hard
questions, anthrax letters are sent
to every major outlet, as well as troublesome congressmen who want to
block the Patriot Act. Opposition to the Patriot Act is dropped.
. 5 people die in
the anthrax attacks. Also key witnesses start dying of suicide and car
crashes, a list so far is HERE. The
latest and most important is Barry Jennings, who as chief of NYC Emergency
Response was very credible, who says he heard explosions going off in
Building 7 before it fell.
The history of false flag attacks to draw us into war is well-known.
The Gulf
of
Tonkin is one, the
USS Liberty is
another. There are lots of pieces to the puzzle. But this outline
explains a lot of fancy flying, molten steel, impossible cellphone
calls at 30,000 feet, and media silence. Bin Laden initially denies
involvement, then a video is "found" in Afghanistan in which his nose
is different, his cheekbones are too high, and his forehead too broad,
but
it has him "confessing."
Action for Justice
As is the case before the thorough investigation of any crime, before
witnesses are sworn in under oath and testimony and cross examination
can begin, any theory of a crime is conjecture and all are presumed
innocent before findings of guilt. The avenues for the prosecution of
the 911 crime with the greatest legal merit, at this point in time,
are:
- Calling for a hearing by committee of Congress to hear the
information former Secretary Piezcenik says he is willing to divulge,
under "penalty of perjury." The committee would then be bound to call
those implicated and subject them to questioning. This may not be
possible under the present Congress, and may require voting out a large
number of present members, unless a sea change in sentiment occurs and
mass defections from acceptance of the Official Story.
- The prosecution of Rudy Giuliani for
felony
destruction
of
evidence, an open and shut case, by any U.S., state,
or county prosecutor
invoking the
effects doctrine,
which allows a grand jury in any jurisdiction to initiate a prosecution
for a crime which took place in another jurisdiction, if anyone in the
local jurisdiction has been "harmed." In prosecuting 911 any soldier
killed in Iraq or Afghanistan can be shown to have been sent to war
under false pretenses, an argument developed by former Los Angeles
county prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi in his continuing effort to
prosecute George W. Bush for deceptions in the run-up to the invasion
of Iraq.
Giuliani had 95% of the WTC steel
shipped to China and India to be melted under his contracting authority
as Mayor of the City of New York. The hope would be for Giuliani to
turn state's evidence in revealing who in turn gave him the order to
destroy the steel, which is the forensic evidence which would have
settled any questions regarding the destruction of the Twin Towers and
Building 7.
- The indictment of former Vice President
Dick Cheney for clearly failing to issue a
shoot-down order for Flight 77 as it approached the Pentagon, and the
indictment of former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld for abandoning
his duty station for at least 30 minutes prior to the Pentagon being
hit, as revealed to the 911 Commission. As SecDef Rumsfeld had primary
responsibility for directing the nation's air defenses while under
attack, as well as primary responsibility for issuing any shoot-down
orders of threatening aircraft. Rumsfeld told the 911 Commission he was
"out of the loop" during critical moments of the attacks, a ridiculous
statement. As Secretary of Defense he was the loop.
There are other possibilities, but these are the avenues which at
present are most firmly grounded in known facts. As others are named,
the
road
to
911
justice
is
likely
to
be
tortuous and perhaps
accompanied by a last ditch lashing out by elements of the remaining
criminal cabal, in which it will fall to loyal officers
to refuse illegal orders.
There are those who will say any attempt at 911 justice is hopeless,
and that freedom is already dead. However, although greatly reduced,
the very fact that an essay such as this, as well as the sheer volume
of 911 research, can be published is evidence that freedom is still
ours to lose, since in any truly dictatorial regime such writings would
be summarily banned and its authors jailed. We do not know beyond
reasonable doubt what happened on 911. We do know, beyond reasonable
doubt, what could not
have, i.e. the official story, which is now understood by a significant
portion of the population to be physically impossible and patently
false.
